What you'll do

- Develop and manage key performance indicators to measure the success of transformation efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on claims management or transformation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale projects and managing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
