Quality Energy is looking for a dedicated Electrical Fitter & Factory Manager to join our growing manufacturing team in Moorabbin, Victoria.

About the Role
This is a dual hands-on and leadership role. You'll be building product yourself while also managing the factory's day-to-day operations, including:
Low-voltage Power Factor Correction (PFC) systems
Active Harmonic Filters (AHF) and Static Var Generators (SVG)
Wiring and mechanical assembly based on detailed electrical schematics
Copper busbar fabrication and layout
Factory management:




Organising and overseeing daily factory operations
Coordinating and supervising production staff
Managing stock levels and ordering materials
Planning and meeting production schedules
Driving continuous improvement across the factory floor
Note: Specific product training will be provided – prior experience with PFC, AHF or SVG systems is not required.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in electrical switchboard building or similar fitting roles
Previous experience supervising or managing a small team, ideally in a manufacturing or factory setting
Confident using hand and power tools
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan production workflow
High attention to detail and strong work ethic
Team player with a proactive, hands-on leadership style
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
