Kingston Hotel is seeking an experienced Venue Manager for a focused 12-month fixed-term assignment. You will lead day-to-day operations, mentor Duty Managers and supervisors, and embed leadership habits that endure beyond the contract.
You will shape team capability, uphold high service standards, manage rosters and costs, and partner with HR and the leadership group to deliver a lasting legacy for the venue and community.
