SDN Children's Services is seeking a Case Worker for the Families Together program to support families experiencing complex challenges in creating safer futures for children. Based in Redfern or Campsie, you will conduct home visits and coordinate supports across Southeast Sydney, Inner West and the Sutherland Shire.
You will build relationships, perform strengths-based assessments, develop family-led plans, and work collaboratively with partner services to reduce risk and improve child safety
