The Role
We are looking for experienced and committed hands on and mechanically minded
Line Operators
to work in our manufacturing facility on our state-of-the-art production equipment.
The roles are
full time, permanent positions
, reporting to the
Supervisor
. You'll be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and keeping our production lines running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor
production lines
and
packaging machinery
in accordance with GMP, SOPs and safety requirements.
Troubleshoot
minor production line issues or elevate when required.
Prepare materials and equipment for each production batch.
Perform
in-process quality checks
to ensure products meet all specifications and compliance requirements.
Accurately completeproduction
documentation
.
Assist with
line changeovers, cleaning, and preventative maintenance tasks
.
Maintain strict
hygiene and contamination control
in all production areas.
Promptly report any
equipment faults, or quality concerns
to the Supervisor.
Collaborate with
Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams
to ensure seamless production flow.
Uphold hygiene and sanitation standards in line with HACCP and GMP requirements.
Ensuring cleanliness and organisation of the production and packaging areas in line with HACCP and GMP requirements
What You Bring
Experience in
FMCG
or a similar fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Mechanically inclined and capable of problem-solving under pressure.
A current
forklift license
and
driver's license
(preferred).
Understanding of
HACCP
,
GMP
, and hygiene protocols.
Full working rights in Australia.
A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Willing to assist with general operational duties.
Packing products as required (able to work in a cold environment)
Able to lift up to 25kgs.
