Moonah Estate is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the front of house across the restaurant, cellar door, and bakery.
You will set guest service standards, work hands-on on the floor, read the P&L;, and build systems for a growing operation.
You will collaborate with the Head Chef, recruit and develop a high-performing FOH team, and manage rostering and labour costs while ensuring RSA compliance and licensing requirements.
