Coles Group is seeking Store Leaders/Department Leaders to join our Coles Supermarket Network across the Western Sydney Region. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of your department, ensuring an exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging store for customers, team members and the community.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, manage costs and rostering while upholding Coles' standards and values.
