Drive sales through consult conversion, memberships,



and client retention.
Coach and develop a small team to perform at their best.
Support clinic operations, compliance, and standards.
About You:
Currently a2IC or Senior therapistready to step up, or an experiencedClinic Lead.
Proven track record insales, consult conversion, and client retention.
Strong service delivery skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to quickly learn and apply recent technology and systems.
Confident communicator who leads by example.
Beauty, health, or body sculpting experience highly regarded.
