You will lead recent product development for Fruit Fillings, Cream Fillings and Decors, support production, and work with sales/marketing to implement developed products for customers.
You will collaborate across R&D;, production, and regional teams, applying knowledge of starch, hydrocolloids and baked goods while maintaining regulatory and IP standards; English proficiency is essential.
