We're looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join our growing business installing real estate signage across the Sydney metropolitan area.
This is an active, outdoor role that suits someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and can work independently while maintaining a high standard of quality and customer service.
Real Estate Sign Installer
Key Responsibilities
Install and remove real estate signboards at residential and commercial properties.
Transport signage safely to and from installation locations.
Ensure all signs are installed securely, level, clean and professionally presented.
Carry out basic maintenance and repairs to signage when required.
Work from a daily schedule while managing your time efficiently.
Communicate professionally with real estate agents, property owners and office staff.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
A current Australian driver's licence
Applicant must have ABN and own vehicle suitable for this job (trayback ute)




Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying signboards and equipment.
Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
Qualified presentation and good communication skills.
Experience in signage, construction, or a trade is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
