You'll support the Publican, maintain safety and a vibrant vibe, and own day-to-day operations in a high-volume venue.
Candidates should have supervisory experience in bar, bistro or gaming spaces and hold RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence, with a proactive, people-focused approach to guest service.
