UniSC seeks an Animal Ethics Committee Chairperson to lead the AEC and ensure compliance with the Australian code for the care and use of animals for scientific purposes.
The role is open to UniSC staff or external appointees, with remuneration for external appointees and workload allocation for internal appointees.
The chair will provide leadership, interpret policy, review submissions, and represent the AEC in negotiations with management, regulators, and across UniSC.
