This is an exceptional opportunity for a Solicitor with personal injury law experience. You'll work closely with clients, helping them navigate life changing situations and fighting to obtain justice and positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients and take instructions, for new and existing clients, and work with the team to advise as to the merits of potential claims
Review and analyse medical and other relevant records and consider evidence
Assist the team with drafting of letters of advice to clients, pleadings, briefs to counsel and positions papers.
Attend court for the necessary mentions and instruct barrister(s) at interlocutory applications and/or Hearings.
Attend Mediations and Informal Settlement Conferencesas required.
