A premier, privately owned medical facility located in the heart of the Knox Health precinct in Bayswater is currently seeking a Vocationally Registered (VR) General Practitioner to join its expanding team.
This opportunity arises from a significant surge in patient demand, ensuring that the incoming clinician will step into an established patient base with full books from their very first day.
The practice operates within a modern, purpose-built facility featuring fifteen spacious consulting rooms and a dedicated three-bay treatment room, providing a high-standard environment for both staff and patients.
The practice environment is designed to foster clinical autonomy, allowing the GP to manage their own appointment lengths and clinical style without the pressure of a high-volume "turnover" model.
The team composition is robust and collaborative, consisting of a diverse group of experienced practitioners supported by two full time nurses and a highly efficient administrative team.
This support network is specifically structured to assist with Chronic Disease Management (CDM) and complex procedures, significantly reducing the administrative burden on the doctor.
Furthermore,
the clinic's location within a comprehensive medical precinct provides immediate onsite access to radiology, pathology, dental, and specialist services, facilitating seamless multidisciplinary care.

The position offers a highly competitive 70% of billings with a $200/hour minimum guarantee for the initial period, complemented by a $40,000 sign-on bonus.
