Previous experience in cold-formed steel design
An understanding of AS**** and AS****
Positive, customer-centric attitude
Ability to work in rapid-paced team environment
Capacity to handle multiple projects at the same time
Preparedness to learn new standards, software and systems
Some knowledge of seismic requirements would be beneficial
