Holmesglen Private Hospital is currently looking for Registered Nurses to join our close-knitCath Labteam on a casual basis.
We work closely with highly skilled Cardiologists, Vascular surgeons and Radiologists to provide the best care for patients.
As a Registered Nurse your responsibilities will include:
Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care
Collaborate with the Cath Lab team on Left Heart Catheters, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions, Electrophysiology Ablations and Pacemaker Implants, Vascular and Interventional Radiology procedures.
Lead successful quality improvement and safety management project/s to deliver desired outcomes
Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
Act as a role model for Safe Practice
Mentor Graduate Nurses and students on clinical rotation

The Hospital includes; 147 beds across 5 Wards providing Medical, Surgical and Rehabilitation Services, combined Intensive Care and Coronary Care Unit, Emergency Department, 7 Operating Suites, Catheter Laboratory, Day of Surgery Admission and Day Infusion/Oncology Services.

Minimum 1-2 years' clinical experience in Cath Lab
Flexibility to work across a range of shifts and on call
Bachelor of Nursing
Current Registration (no restriction) with AHPRA
Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
Clinical expertise and commitment to high quality patient care and continuous improvement
Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high functioning team
