Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilledMainframe Engineerwith strong expertise in Endevor administration and software configuration management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Endevor groups, setting up process groups, creating deployment pipelines, and integrating Endevor with ServiceNow.
The role also involves maintaining the data dictionary and ensuring efficient mainframe application deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintainEndevor groupsand associated environments.
Configure and manageprocess groupsto support development and release workflows.
Design, create, and maintainmainframe deployment pipelines.
IntegrateEndevor with ServiceNowfor change management and deployment tracking.
Manage and maintain thedata dictionaryto ensure accuracy and consistency.
Overseesoftware configuration management (SCM)processes for mainframe applications.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies,



standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with development, operations, and support teams to enable smooth releases.
Required Skills & Experience:
Solid experience withEndevor administrationand configuration, including DevOps.
Hands on experience inmainframe development and operations.
Proficiency inSCM toolsand processes for mainframe environments.
Familiarity withServiceNow integration.
Knowledge ofCOBOL, JCL, and other mainframe languages/toolsis preferred.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience inlarge scale mainframe modernization or automation initiatives.
Knowledge ofITIL processesand best practices.
Exposure topipeline automationin mainframe environments.
