What You'll Be Responsible For
Leading the Service department
Managing workshop workflow with the Workshop Manager
Monitoring technician productivity and performance
Supporting staff development and training
Ensuring build targets and quality standards are achieved
Overseeing accurate and timely paperwork completion
Communicating delivery timelines and updates to Sales Managers




Achieving Toyota and internal performance targets
Identifying opportunities to improve department performance
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
Automotive industry management experience
Current manual driver's licence
Strong leadership and people management skills
Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
