Youth Action is seeking a Director of Engagement to lead our engagement strategy, working with young people, members and NSW partners to shape policy and practice across the youth sector.
You will guide a multidisciplinary team, build trusted relationships with government, funders and sector leaders, and drive meaningful participation that informs advocacy and organisational priorities.
The role sits on the senior leadership team, collaborating closely with the CEO and Director of Development
