About the Role
Lead a national 24/7 On-Call Operations team supporting children and young people across Australia. Provide therapeutic leadership during critical incidents, coordinate workforce responses, coach a high-performing team and ensure protected, compliant after-hours service delivery.

Duties
Lead a high-performing On-Call Operations team
Coordinate after-hours incident responses
Coach staff in trauma-informed practice
Allocate workforce and maintain service continuity
Drive quality,



compliance and continuous improvement
Skills & Experience
Lead teams within child protection, OOHC, disability or human services
Apply trauma-informed and therapeutic practice
Manage critical incidents and operational risk
Hold a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent leadership experience
Hold a Driver Licence, Working with Children Check and National Police Check (NDIS Worker Screening Check where required)
