This is acommission-only role, perfect for a broker who thrives on results, wants access to warm leads, and is ready to be backed by a team of high-performing property and finance professionals.
You'll guide clients through the lending process, understand their needs, and deliver tailored mortgage solutions.
Your day-to-day will include:
Assessing client finances & recommending the right loan options
Negotiating with lenders to secure the best outcomes
Managing applications from submission to settlement
Building lasting relationships with clients & referral partners
Ensuring compliance and attention to detail in every transaction
About You
Are you someone who's:
Experienced in mortgage broking or recently completed a Finance & Mortgage Broking Diploma
Driven, detail-focused, and goal-oriented
Outstanding at communication & building rapport
Tech savvy with aggregator platforms and Microsoft Office
MFAA/FBAA membership & Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willing to obtain)
