Team: Medical Support Team
What you'll do
Manage and mentor the Sydney-based medical support staff to maintain high clinical standards.
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex patient cases, providing senior clinical judgment.
Collaborate with product, operations, and clinical departments to improve processes and patient safety.
Represent the company as a clinical thought leader by contributing to articles, speaking at events, and creating patient-focused content.
Integrate empathy into the patient journey to ensure clear and supportive communication.
Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as a nurse.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a patient-facing clinical role or clinical operations.
Demonstrated history of managing teams, including handling performance reviews and professional development.
Ability to manage sensitive conversations with patients and stakeholders clearly and confidently.
Strong problem-solving skills focused on systemic improvements rather than isolated fixes.




Comfort with public speaking and representing clinical philosophy externally.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous workplace.
Nice to have
Experience or interest in telehealth and GLP-1 medications.
Background in managing distributed or offshore teams.
Experience in health writing, media contribution, or public health communication.
Existing professional network within the Australian digital health or nursing sectors.
