Graduate HR, People & Safety Administrator
Ready to launch your HR career?
This newly created graduate role is a hands- on opportunity to learn Human Resources, People & Culture and workplace safety in a supportive, fast-moving business.
Based on site in Scoresby and reporting to the HR, People & Culture Manager, you'll get real responsibility, great coaching and plenty of variety.
You don't need years of experience.
If you're organised, curious, people-focused and keen to learn, we'll help you build confidence across:
Onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle support
Recruitment admin, phone screens, interview coordination and candidate care
HR systems, employee records and document updates
Policy, process and research tasks
Payroll prep, timesheets, leave data and basic reporting
Safety admin, training records, incident reporting and WHS committee support
Engagement and wellbeing and activities that help create a positive workplace experience




You'll be supported as one of the champions of our unique Setting, Social & Health calendar of events, and encouraged to ask questions, contribute ideas and see how great people practices help employees and the business thrive.
About you
You might be a recent graduate, final-year student or early-career professional ready to step into HR, People & Culture or safety.
You're someone who is:
Organised, reliable and ready to learn
Friendly, professional and confident working with different people
Detail-focused and trusted with confidential information
Curious, proactive and open to feedback
Excited by HR, safety, wellbeing and culture
You'll bring:
A completed or near-completed qualification in HR, Business, Psychology, Safety or a related field
Experience in admin, customer service, retail, hospitality, office support or volunteering
Confidence using Microsoft 365, especially Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
A positive attitude, good judgement and a genuine interest in people and safety
