Duties
Operation and workforce planning including plant/equipment requirements




Personnel management for both employees and subcontractors
Promote and develop a safety culture
Customer relationship management
Management of KPIs
Development and implementation of productivity improvement initiatives
About You
2-3 years' experience in a similar role
Horticultural certificates (advantageous)
Previous personnel management experience
Intermediate Microsoft Packages knowledge
A current driver's licence
