About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to clients acrossWarrnambool or surrounding areas.
You'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of participants and support services, broadening your experience while making a genuine impact every day.
Key Responsibilities
Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities
Supporting clients with domestic duties and meal preparation




Assisting with community access, appointments, social outings and recreational activities
Encouraging independence and supporting clients to achieve their individual goals
Completing accurate documentation and reporting
Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and other support staff
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year's experience as a Disability Support Worker in Australia
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team in complex support environments
Certificate 3 in Disability, Individual Support or another relevant qualification (or higher)
Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Medication Administration Certificate with a minimum of 12 months' practical experience
Current Manual Handling Certificate with at least 12 months' practical experience
Current Working with Children Check
Current driver's licence.
Availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week.
Current COVID-19 and annual Influenza vaccinations
