About the role
Whether you're just starting your OT journey or already have years under your belt, your role at Recovery In Mind will be tailored to your experience and skilled goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing assessments, individualised interventions, and therapy for adolescents and adults aged *****, funded by NDIS, Medicare, and private referrals
Writing clear, meaningful client reports detailing assessment findings, therapy progress, and recommendations




Collaborating with clients, families, and support teams to promote wellness, independence, and recovery
Supervising and supporting early career OTs
Contributing to service improvements and exciting future group programs as we grow

What you need
Bachelor (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration
Australian working rights
Current Driver's Licence & own vehicle
A passion for mental health OT, empathy, and the genuine desire to empower clients

Bianca is known for her warm, approachable style and commitment to creating a supportive, empowering workplace.
