About the Opportunity
We are currently welcoming expressions of interest for future Site Supervisor opportunities within our Roofing Division, based in South Brisbane.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee in office installation activities, coordinate teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of workmanship.
While we may not always have an immediate vacancy, we regularly have upcoming and planned opportunities for strong supervisors to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing
Supervising and supporting builders and subcontractors on-site
Conducting pre- and post-installation inspections
Completing site measures and coordinating work schedules




Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Troubleshooting and resolving site issues as they arise
Providing technical guidance and leadership to teams
Managing job documentation and reporting via system apps
What You'll Bring
Strong background in roofing (metal, fascia, guttering)
Previous leadership experience or readiness to step into supervision
White Card (General Construction Induction)
Strong attention to detail with a safety-first mindset
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive, reliable and solutions-focused approach
