Manufacturers of Aerospace, Defence & Communication Components has a great career opportunity to join our Production Team working on a variety of projects on a full-time and permanent basis.

We are a family-owned business and our offices and workshop are based in Greensborough, Melbourne.
The role includes - reading drawings, operating CNC Machines, Hand Polishing, Assembly , General Factory cleaning.
This role is a key part of our Production Team working in an air-conditioned/heated workshop.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage workflow of work orders with the team
Planning to ensure efficient word order completion
Complete work in line with Lovitt TechnologiesQuality Standards to customers' satisfaction
Complete work orders within the timeframe
Comply with Lovitt TechnologiesSafe Work Procedures
Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy workshop
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Critical to this role is someone with the right attitude, keen to learn and develop their knowledge of Aerospace Industry, and a team player that can take ownership and accountability for their work.
Someone who can work to a high standard.




You will need to haverelevant industry experience or experience in a similar role and possess the following essential criteria.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
Track record of compliance with Health & Safety procedures
Solid work ethic – ability to work autonomously
Team player with strong values
Be accountable for your workspace and workload
Able to prioritise, multi-task, demonstrate a sense of urgency
Rights to work in Australia
Undertake a pre-employment medical and be fit for work
Police Clearance Certificate
DESIRABLES:
Knowledge of hazardous areas
Milling or Machining Qualification
First Aid training
