About the role
Due to ongoing expansion, Super Metal Recycling is seeking experienced HR Truck Drivers to join our rapidly growing operation based in Dandenong South, servicing Melbourne South-East and regional Victoria.
This is a day-shift role offering consistent work, modern equipment, and regular overtime opportunities. We're looking for professional drivers who know their job, take pride in their driving, and want secure, long-term employment with a company that's growing fast.
Key responsibilities
Operate HR trucks safely and professionally
Complete local and regional VIC runs




Transport scrap metal between customer sites and company yards
Load and unload using site-provided equipment
Accurately complete run sheets and paperwork
Conduct daily pre‐start and safety checks
Comply with road, fatigue, and site safety regulations
What we're looking for
Valid HR licence (essential)
Minimum 2 years' experience driving HR trucks (essential)
Proven reliability and strong work ethic
Clean driving record
Experience in recycling, waste, transport, or construction environments (preferred)
Strong safety focus and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Australian work rights required
