Assistant Centre Manager
at one of Melbourne's premier enclosed shopping centres, located right in the heart of the
northern suburbs

About the Role
This is a genuine hands-on management role, sitting alongside an experienced Centre Manager and playing a key part in the day-to-day operations of a high-performing retail asset. You'll be the kind of person who is energised by a busy environment, thrives on solving problems in real time, and genuinely loves people.
Your Responsibilities Will Span
Retailer Relationships
Being the first point of contact for tenants, supporting lease compliance, and helping retailers perform at their best
Customer Experience
Driving centre-wide initiatives that keep shoppers engaged, coming back, and spending
Operations
Coordinating contractors, managing incidents, and ensuring the centre runs smoothly and safely every single day
Marketing & Activations




Supporting events and promotions that bring the centre to life
Assisting with budgets, monthly reporting, and performance tracking
