WE'RE HIRING – BARISTA / ALL-ROUNDER
Lilin & Co – Pakenham is looking for a confident opening barista / all-rounder to join our team!
We're after someone who loves coffee, can handle a fast-paced morning rush, and is reliable for early starts.
Requirements for this role:
Flexible schedule available
1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
What we're looking for:
Strong barista experience (essential)
Confident opening the café from 6:30am
Able to work independently on the machine
Fast, calm, and consistent under pressure
Friendly team player
Available weekdays + weekends
