The Opportunity
We're looking for energetic, customer-focused people to join our casual team for the Melbourne Royal Show, running
Thursday 24 September - Sunday 4 October ****
. This iconic 11-day event celebrates Victoria's agricultural heritage and draws hundreds of thousands of visitors. If you love fast-paced environments and being part of something big, this is your moment to shine.
Your Role Will Include
Delivering exceptional customer service to attendees
Supporting operations across areas like gates, info hubs, livestock pavilions, and call centres
Helping create a smooth, enjoyable experience for every guest

What We're Looking For
Full availability across all 11 days of the show
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
Strong communication skills and a friendly, proactive attitude
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is a bonus
