Free Bird Support Services is seeking
experienced Support Workers in Geelong
to support NDIS participants, including individuals with complex needs.
Support daily living and community access
Provide emotional and behavioural support
Follow individual support and behaviour plans
Maintain qualified relationships and case notes
Requirements:
Experience with complex needs
NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid & CPR
Working with Children Check
Driver's license & reliable vehicle
Cert III/IV in Disability or equivalent (desirable)
