Exciting opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to join a large-scale, enterprise-wide regulatory program within a leading financial services organisation.
This is a high-impact role working across a complex, fast-paced environment where change is critical to meeting regulatory and business outcomes. You'll play a key role in driving change strategy, stakeholder engagement, and delivery across a major transformation program.
The Role
Lead end-to-end change management activities across a large, enterprise-wide program
Develop and execute change strategies aligned to regulatory and business requirements
Engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple business units
Manage change impacts, readiness, communications, and adoption
Work closely with program delivery teams in a fast-moving, evolving environment
The Role

About You

Pragmatic, delivery-focused, and able to navigate ambiguity
