Senior Client Services Officer / Practice Manager
A highly regarded boutique financial planning firm is seeking an experienced Senior Client Services Manager/ Practice Manager to play a key leadership role within its business.
This position sits at the heart of the practice, providing operational oversight while ensuring advisers, clients and support staff are supported to perform at their best. Combining client service, implementation and practice management responsibilities, you will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards and exceptional client experience the business is known for.

In this role you will:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice
Lead client service and advice implementation activities




Manage complex client enquiries and service requirements
Coordinate the implementation of advice recommendations from start to finish
Support advisers throughout the advice process
Manage workflow across local and offshore support teams
Ensure administration, compliance and operational processes run smoothly
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Maintain high standards of client service and stakeholder communication
Provide support to the paraplanning function where required
To be successful, you will bring:
Significant experience within financial planning administration, client services or practice management
Strong knowledge of financial planning and advice implementation processes
Proven ability to manage workflows, priorities and competing deadlines
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
Excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to client service
The ability to take ownership and drive outcomes across the business
