About the Role
As an Enrolment Specialist at The Grove Academy, you'll play a key role in creating a smooth, welcoming, and organised enrolment experience for families. You'll be the go‐to person for managing and monitoring enrolment waitlists, ensuring families receive timely updates and support every step of the way.
Key responsibilities include:
Tracking occupancy across centre cluster and managing waitlists to reach 100% capacity
Coordinating enrolment forms, CCS details, and invoices
Maintaining families accounts and payments
Supporting our campus management with enrolments and account enquiries
Providing tailored support to families throughout their journey with us
Staying organised with Monday.com and OWNA systems
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who thrives in organisation and communication. To excel in this role, you'll need:
Robust administrative and organisational skills
Experience in enrolments, accounts, customer service, or a similar role
Great communication and relationship‐building skills
Confidence in using digital systems, such as Monday.com and OWNA
A detail‐oriented and proactive mindset
