We are seeking a hands‐on warehouse staff member to lead our warehouse operations with a strong focus on attitude, safety, cleanliness, and team culture. Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
Drive a strong safety-first culture, ensuring full compliance with WHS policies and procedures
Conduct regular safety checks, risk assessments, and toolbox talks
Maintain a clean, tidy, and well‐organised warehouse environment at all times
Ensure housekeeping standards are consistently met and improved
Manage inventory accuracy and stock control systems
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
