OTs and Physios needed for Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs and Peninsular/Bayside
Active Wise Health Care is an energetic, growing and supportive allied health company located in Melbourne that consists of OTs and physios. We offer home based services and have an excellent team of dedicated therapists.
Due to sustained growth, we are currently seeking enthusiastic OTs and physios who have the capacity to offer a minimum of two half days a week to take on referrals in Melbourne eastern suburbs, bayside suburbs and the Mornington Peninsular. We expect your caseload will grow over the coming weeks and months depending on your availability.
The referrals you could expect will be for falls and balance issues, generalised strength and conditioning work with client's who have one or more chronic health conditions or for rehabilitation following a recent illness/hospital admission.



We sometimes get more complex referrals for clients with neurological conditions and multiple systemic health issues, but these can be taken up if/when you feel confident. We are a supportive team and provide guidance if you are wanting to broaden your clinical expertise.
We welcome applications from OTs and physios with demonstrated experience in aged care and potentially the NDIS space (however this is not essential).
You can manage your own caseload and appointments depending on what else you are juggling at the time e.g. other part-time work, family commitments etc.
Most clients you will see will be Support At Home clients. You might also see people on a private basis and can take on NDIS clients if you would like to.
