Bridgestone Select Doreen is seeking an experienced
Motor Mechanic
to join our dynamic team in Doreen, VIC. This is a

As a Motor Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. What you'll be doing
Conducting comprehensive vehicle inspections to diagnose mechanical faults and identify service requirements
Performing routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-ups
Repairing and replacing mechanical components such as engines, transmissions, suspension systems, and braking systems
Utilising diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues
Following manufacturer specifications and repair procedures to ensure work quality and compliance
Documenting all work completed and maintaining accurate service records
Communicating with customers regarding repair recommendations and progress updates
Maintaining a safe and clean workshop environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
Supporting team members and contributing to a collaborative workshop culture
What we're looking for
A recognised automotive mechanical qualification or equivalent trade certification
Substantial experience working as a Motor Mechanic in an automotive service environment
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems, engines, transmissions,



and electrical components
Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and mechanical tools
A valid Australian driver's licence with a clean driving record
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Commitment to workplace safety and compliance standards
Willingness to stay current with automotive industry developments and new vehicle technologies (preferred)
