Commercial Support Coordinator at Brand Hub | Destination Italy
Brand Hub is a proud Australian business currently home to three distinct brands, with a opportunity to join our
Destination Italy
brand. We're looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Commercial Support professional to join our Commercial team, working closely with our Sales Director and cross-functional team across Marketing, Supply Chain and Quality as well as our international supply partners in Italy and Australia and New Zealand based customers.
This role is the go-to coordination point for all customer activity relating to Destination Italy - keeping contracts, promotions and product initiatives running smoothly and delivered on time.
What you'll be doing:
Managing promotional planning and execution with major retailers (Woolworths, Coles, Metcash and more), including calendars, portal submissions and claims administration
Providing day-to-day customer support to the Commercial Experience team for Destination Italy, ensuring requirements are actioned accurately and on time
Coordinating between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Quality on customer-related topics
Supporting customer meetings, category reviews and presentations




Analysing POS and customer data to prepare various reports that assist the team with decision-making
Assisting with New Product Development (NPD) submissions - retailer forms, portals, artwork, samples, and item set-up (Business Central, GS1, SKUvantage)
Supporting marketing events and activations
Managing inbound customer enquiries and complaints for Destination Italy products, ensuring timely resolution
General administrative support to the Commercial team
What we're looking for:
Experience in sales support, commercial coordination or FMCG administration
Strong organisational and project coordination skills
Confidence working with data, reports and spreadsheets
A clear communicator with excellent attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
Reliable, proactive and solutions-focused, with a collaborative, team-first mindset
