About the role
St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Lease Administration Assistant to join our Property & Fleet team. Working closely with the Leasing Manager, you will provide administrative support across a diverse property portfolio including retail stores, offices, warehouses and community housing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop a career in property.
Your responsibilities will include
Maintaining lease and property records
Updating lease management systems and databases
Processing rent, outgoings and utility invoices
Coordinating utility connections and disconnections
Assisting with lease documentation and reporting
Liaising with landlords, agents and service providers
Providing administrative support across the Property & Fleet team
About you
Previous administration experience, ideally in property, real estate, facilities management or a similar industry
An understanding of reading and interpreting property leases and documentation.
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication and customer service skills
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
