The Field Engineer performs activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals.
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused
Airport Support Technician
to provide in office technical and operational support for key airport equipment and customer-facing technologies.
Previous experience in a
customer-facing rol
e, ideally within a fast-paced or public-facing environment
Experience in
technical suppor
t,
mechanical maintenanc
e, or troubleshooting of equipment
Familiarity with kiosk systems, bag-drop technology, or similar automated service devices
Meets SLA requirements and ensures client satisfaction in all interactions
Proven experience in a Deskside support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution
Ability to work in
Rotational Shifts
