The prospect
As the Product Manager for Wireless Cameras, Interactive Whiteboards & Pro AV Solutions at Dahua Technology Australia Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and growth of these key product lines. Working within the dynamic Information & Communication Technology industry, you will leverage your expertise to enhance the company's offerings and deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies to ensure the continued success and competitiveness of Dahua's wireless camera, interactive whiteboard, and pro AV solutions portfolios
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including research and development, sales, and marketing, to identify market trends, gather customer insights, and translate them into product roadmaps and enhancements
Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch support, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives
Continuously monitor industry developments, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements, extensions, or new product introductions
Effectively communicate product strategies, roadmaps,



and performance metrics to key stakeholders, including senior management
Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team, enabling them to confidently position and sell Dahua's products to customers
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the Information & Communication Technology industry, with a focus on wireless camera, interactive whiteboard, or pro AV solutions
Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, market trends, and competitive landscapes in the relevant product categories
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused strategies
Proven track record of successfully managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch support
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including R&D;, sales, and marketing
Degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business, is preferred
Language Skills (Mandatory):
Professional bilingual fluency in both
English and Mandarin
(verbal and written) is strictly required to facilitate precise and efficient communication with our overseas headquarters.
