YPA Estate Agents is seeking an experienced and dedicatedProperty Managerto join our team in Sydenham.
This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in managing residential properties and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our landlords and tenants.
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our managed properties, maintaining property standards, managing tenant relationships, and maximising rental returns for our clients.
This role is essential to our business success and directly impacts the satisfaction of both property owners and residents.
Key responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of residential properties
Conduct regular property inspections
Handle rent collection, arrears management and ensure timely payment from tenants
Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and maintenance requests
Prepare and maintain accurate property records, lease agreements and compliance documentation
Conduct property showings and assist in tenant screening and selection processes
Liaise with landlords, tenants and service providers
And all aspects of property management
What we're looking for
Proven experience in residential property management, but training will be provided
Strong knowledge of residential tenancy laws and regulations in Victoria
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in property management software




Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Customer service orientation with a commitment to providing exceptional service
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport for property inspections and viewings
