About the Role
We currently have exciting full-time opportunities available in
Cabramatta
, where you'll play a key role in supporting job seekers on their journey to employment. If you're energetic, solutions-focused, and thrive on building strong relationships, this is your chance to be part of something impactful.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
What You'll Do
Supporting job seekers to secure and maintain long-term employment
Delivering tailored strategies, coaching, and interventions to achieve outcomes
Building strong relationships with local employers and community groups
Providing high-quality recruitment and training support services
Meeting performance targets while maintaining a high standard of compliance

Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
