What You'll Do
As aField Service Engineer, you'll be the go-to technical expert for our customers acrossPerth,Western Australiaand surrounding areas.
Your work ensures that critical medical and surgical equipment performs flawlessly- because when it matters most, reliability saves lives.
Deliver preventative maintenance, repairs, and servicing of Stryker equipment at customer sites
Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly- even in high-pressure clinical settings
Build trusted relationships with hospital teams as their technical advisor
Manage your own schedule and travel across the region with autonomy
Collaborate with a supportive team to share knowledge and achieve goals
Maintain accurate service documentation to meet compliance standards

What You Will Need
Required
Proven ability to communicate clearly and confidently- you can explain complex technical issues to non-technical audiences and hold your own in a room of senior clinicians
Demonstrated experience managing difficult or high-stakes conversations- and achieving a positive outcome
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
Experience with hands-on technical experience (mechanical, electrical, electronics, engineering, or trades)
A genuine interest in Stryker's mission and the medical technology industry - you can clearly articulate why this opportunity matters to you
Preferred
Experience servicing medical devices or healthcare equipment
Minimum 1 year of experience working in hospital or clinical environments
Travel Percentage: 60%
