AI Analyst (Product & Business Engagement)
About the role
We're looking for an experiencedAI Analystto sit at the intersection of business, product, and emerging AI capability.
This is a hybrid role combiningProduct Owner and Business Analyst skillsets, focused on identifying where AI can create meaningful impact—and bringing those ideas to life.
You'll work closely with teams across the organisation to explore opportunities, run workshops, andvalidate ideas through rapid prototyping and proof of concepts, helping determine what's worth scaling.
What you'll be doing
Partner with teams across the business to identify and shape AI opportunities
RunAI workshops and enablement sessionsto uplift capability
Assess, filter, and prioritise incoming AI ideas and requests
Lead discovery and define explicit, outcome-focused use cases
Buildbusiness cases and POCsto test feasibility, value, and viability
Apply"vibe coding" / rapid prototyping approachesto quickly bring ideas to life
Act as a bridge between business and technology, navigating complex stakeholder dynamics
Support and contribute to ourAI Governance groupand responsible AI practices
What you'll bring
Experience in aBusiness Analyst, Product Owner, or hybrid role
Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and technology teams




Experience buildingbusiness cases and shaping ideas to support decision-making
Proven track record delivering or supportingPOCs, MVPs, or early-stage solutions
Confidence facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and ideation forums
Ability to work indynamic, sometimes sensitive stakeholder environments
A hands-on, curious mindset with a passion for exploring how AI can be applied
Highly desirable
Experience withAI tools, automation, or machine learning concepts
Exposure to"vibe coding" or rapid experimentation(e.g. AI-assisted development, low/no-code tools)
Familiarity withAI governance, ethics, or risk frameworks
Experience working ininnovation or transformation environments
