You'll become the first point of contact for our clients and help bring their vision to life.
Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound equipment enquiries, managing customer hire agreements,



processing quotes & coordinating delivery
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through proactive sales engagement
Identify and generate new business opportunities, partnerships and referral channels
Driving accountability across multiple projects by maintaining timelines and task trackers and milestone reporting
Achieve and exceed individual sales and revenue targets
Client & Event Management:
Liaise with client to ensure all event requirements are captured and delivered
Collaborate closely with internal operations teams and external suppliers
Oversee execution to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and experience
Resolve client issues and provide solutions in a timely and qualified manner
Supporting delivery teams during bump-in, event operations and bump-out periods through document control, communications and administrative support.
Reporting & Admin:
Maintain CRM records, sales activity and pipeline reporting,
Monitor booking trends and identify revenue growth opportunities
Assist in developing and implementing good sales strategies and promotional initiatives
Prepare sales forecasting and event performance reporting
Contributing to the preparation and continuous improvement of operational documentation, including event orders, production schedules, run sheets and planning tools
Coordinating the preparation and printing of event operations folders, briefing packs, resource invoices and orders, budgets and other critical event materials
Solid volume of Inbound Enquiries and loyal recurring clientele
