ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Co-Founders, the Head of Strategy & Innovation will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the company's commercial growth strategy.
You will work across commercial strategy, go-to-market execution, product commercialisation, AI innovation and corporate growth initiatives, helping translate complex business opportunities into practical outcomes.
Working across multiple functions including sales, product, customer success, marketing and operations, you will influence strategic decision-making while driving initiatives that improve scalability, commercial performance and customer value.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute commercial growth and go-to-market strategies
Refine market positioning, pricing, value propositions and commercial offerings
Partner with senior leadership to improve sales effectiveness and revenue growth
Translate AI capabilities into commercially valuable customer solutions
Identify opportunities to improve business operations through AI-driven innovation
Build executive-level business cases, strategic plans and investment proposals
Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept through to execution
Support major client engagements and identify opportunities for account expansion




Contribute to corporate development initiatives including partnerships, investment and strategic growth opportunities
Present strategic recommendations and insights to founders and executive stakeholders

ABOUT YOU
Experience within management consulting, commercial strategy, corporate development, business operations, GTM strategy or a similar strategic role
Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience supporting revenue growth initiatives
Demonstrated ability to develop business cases, pricing models, executive presentations and strategic recommendations
Experience leading cross-functional projects involving senior stakeholders
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Exposure to AI, SaaS, technology or other high-growth digital businesses will be highly regarded
Experience within venture-backed, scale-up or innovation-led organisations will be advantageous
