ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll be at the forefront of shaping performance, enhancing operations, and boosting market share.
As astrategic leader, you'll inspire teams and ensure ourcompany-owned and franchise storesoperate at peak efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute company strategies to strengthen store performance
Lead, coach, and support retail store teams




Drive revenue growth and manage expenses effectively
Set ambitious sales and profit targets across multiple locations
Deliver exceptional customer service across all stores
Foster strong partnerships with tyre and wheel suppliers
Ensure full compliance with OH&S; standards and legislation
Manage forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance
Champion safety initiatives and implement best practices
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
We're looking for a energetic and results-driven leader with:
Minimum 5 years' experience in multi-site retail management
Experience in high-volume retail or multi-site management
Proven success in financial budgeting and execution
Strong team leadership and development abilities
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Dedication to customer service excellence
Sound OH&S; knowledge and compliance awareness
Valid Australian driver's license - essential
Passion for the industry and willingness to grow
